Maxum delivers both Internationally and Australia Wide. At Maxum we use Australia Post eParcel Courier Delivery to efficiently and safely deliver your purchase to your front door. To guarantee efficient delivery, it is best to send your parcel to your workplace/ office or somewhere where there will be someone to receive it between 9am – 5pm. If you are not available at the shipping address at the time the Australia Post courier attempts delivery, a signature card will be left in your letterbox and your parcel will be delivered to your local post office. You can then take the signature card, together with personal identification, to your local post office to collet your parcel.
When dispatching from the online store, orders placed before 12pm (on a business day) will be dispatched the same day, any order received after 12pm will be dispatched the next day.
In the rare occurrence that your MAXUM purchase is damaged when you receive it, please immediately get in contact with us at [email protected] and we will review and amend the issue. In the case of a return, delivery costs will not be refunded to you, only the cost of the item purchased.
All orders delivered within Australia are delivered for free.
All orders delivered to New Zealand are delivered at a flat rate of $25. All other International destinations are delivered at a flat rate of $40.
TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY
We want you to have a relaxing shopping experience at Maxum. So for your peace of mind, eParcel offer internet shipment tracking. Australia Post eParcels can be can be tracked online at www.eparcel.com.au. This allows you to track your parcel in transit from dispatch from our store to delivery to your door. Your eParcel or eParcel Express tracking number will be e-mailed to you when your parcel has been dispatched.
eParcel takes 2 – 6 business days for delivery. However, please take into consideration credit card authorisation and address verification when estimating how long your product will take to arrive. Furthermore, if you order an item that is temporarily out of stock, we will aim to re-order the item you desire and dispatch that to you as soon as possible. Australia Post does not deliver on Public Holidays.
Christmas Shipping Times
Due to increased shipping times with Australia Post over the Christmas period, please note that all orders placed by midday Wednesday 17th will be delivered within Australia by 24th December 2014.
Orders placed after this time cannot be guaranteed to arrive by 24th December 2014.
The warehouse will continue to ship orders until December 21st, however after the 21st December the warehouse will be operating on skeleton staff. The warehouse will be closed on all public holidays during the Christmas period.
All orders received between 21st December and 5th January will be subject to shipping delays.
Shipping times will not fall into our usual prompt shipping schedules.
